I had a chance to sit down with producer J Maine, who has created a new sound called RnBass! 

So…. What is RnBass?

It’s described as – A new breath of fresh air to the sound of R&B music coined and started by J Maine; RnBass is the new cutting edge genre infused with heavy 808’s, melodic sounds, and real or tone singing. We all know R&B as Rhythm and Blues, but in today’s day and age, people aren’t singing about heartbreak, heartache, or breakups as much as they used to. Instead, the topics now are more uplifting with a party vibe, and with a careless/confident/cocky but fun attitude; Rhythm and Bass. Crazy melodies over a banging bass 808.
